Where would my shares actually be held?
The intended structure is that shares and cash sit with a licensed US clearing and custody partner, held separately from Token Africa's own company money.
Segregation matters because it means customer assets are not the company's assets to spend or pledge.
The specific partner, and the protections that come with it, will be named once agreements are complete.
