Is Token Africa regulated?
Not yet. Token Africa is pre-launch and is engaging with the Central Bank of Liberia. No licence has been granted, and no investment services are being offered today.
US market access would be provided through a licensed US clearing and custody partner. An NDA is executed with a prospective partner and due diligence is underway; nothing is finalised.
