No. Token Africa is pre-launch and is not yet authorised to accept client funds or provide live investment services in Liberia.

You get access to education and Practice Mode, where you can explore US stocks and ETFs with practice dollars and simulated orders using real or recent market data.

No. Practice dollars have no cash value. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed.

No. They are simulations. Even when a third-party market sandbox confirms a fill, no security is purchased for you and no real money changes hands.

We use your details to secure your member profile, tailor education, understand future eligibility and prepare for identity checks that a regulated live service would require. Your real identity is not sent to the market-data sandbox.

You must be at least 18. Pre-launch access may be available more broadly, but future live eligibility will depend on residence, law, sanctions checks and partner requirements.

Not yet. Token Africa’s application is under active consideration by the Central Bank of Liberia, and no authorisation has been issued.

The intended model is for a United States registered clearing partner to hold eligible client assets separately from Token Africa’s operating funds, subject to completion of an agreement and regulatory approval.

No. Practice Mode contains no real assets. If a future clearing arrangement qualifies, SIPC may protect eligible assets within its limits if the broker-dealer fails. SIPC never protects against market losses.

The planned offering is fractional US stocks and ETFs. Availability may change before launch based on authorisation, partner capability and product review.

The current product design targets a $1 minimum for fractional investing, but no live minimum is final until the service is authorised and launched.

Pricing shown today is indicative, including an indicative 2% commission. Final fees, currency conversion costs and any third-party charges will be published clearly before a live order can be placed.

Mobile money and Liberian bank account funding are targeted for launch. No real funding rail is available in Practice Mode.

There is no real money to withdraw in Practice Mode. Withdrawal rules and timing for a future live service will be published before launch.

No. The platform provides general education and information, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice.

A future investment may create tax or reporting duties, and US dividends may be subject to withholding. Your circumstances matter, so consult a qualified adviser.

There is no announced date. Launch depends on regulatory authorisation and completion of the required clearing, custody, payment and operational arrangements.
