Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Token Africa’s website, member account, educational tools and Practice Mode. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

Token Africa is a pre-launch platform. It is not currently authorised by the Central Bank of Liberia to accept client funds or provide live investment services. Its application is under active consideration.

The member experience currently available is Practice Mode. It is educational and simulated. It does not open a live brokerage account, transfer real money, or place real securities orders for you.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and provide accurate information. Access may be limited by residence, law, sanctions, technical availability or future launch eligibility. Creating a pre-launch account does not guarantee eligibility for any future live service.

You must keep your details current and protect your password, verification codes and transaction PIN. Do not share an account or impersonate another person. Tell us promptly at support@tokenafrica.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may require identity or eligibility checks, restrict access, or suspend an account to protect members, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations or maintain platform security.

Practice dollars have no cash value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged. Practice orders and holdings are simulations, even when they use current or recent market data or a third-party sandbox.

Results may differ from live trading because of market timing, execution, liquidity, price movement, fees, taxes, currency conversion and other conditions. Practice performance is not evidence of future returns.

Content, market information, tools, AI responses and examples are provided for general education and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. They are not personalised investment, legal or tax advice and are not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security.

You may not use the platform unlawfully; bypass security or access controls; introduce harmful code; scrape or resell content or data without permission; manipulate Practice Mode; interfere with other members; or use the platform to commit fraud, evade sanctions or misrepresent your identity.

We may send essential account, security, confirmation and service messages. Marketing messages are optional and may be unsubscribed from using the link in the message or your email preferences. You remain responsible for monitoring messages sent to your registered address.

The platform, brand, software and original content belong to Token Africa Inc or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use them for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Third-party names, prices and data remain the property of their respective owners.

We may change, pause or discontinue pre-launch features, Practice Mode instruments or account access. We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

The pre-launch platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Token Africa does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, future launch, authorisation, investment availability or any financial outcome. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Token Africa Inc is registered in Monrovia, Liberia. These pre-launch Terms will be reviewed and updated by qualified counsel before any live investment service begins.
