Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2026 (Pre-Launch Preview)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TokenAfrica platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Status
TokenAfrica is currently in demonstration mode. No real investments are made and no real money is transferred during the preview period.
3. Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older and a Liberian resident or member of the Liberian diaspora.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse its content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the platform are the property of Token Africa Liberia Inc. or its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenAfrica is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
