Token Africa is pre-launch and not yet regulated by the CBL. Investing involves risk.
Most Liberians have never had practical access to global investing. Token Africa is working to change that.
The barriers are real. Technology can lower many of them — but trust, education, regulation, and responsible access still matter.
Traditional investing was built for the wealthy
Opening a brokerage account used to mean $1,000+ minimums, a US bank account, complex paperwork, and financial knowledge most people never had access to. If you weren't already rich, the system wasn't designed for you.
While others invest, your savings lose value
Inflation steadily erodes cash savings. The global wealth gap widens every year because investment returns compound for those with access — and don't for those without. That gap isn't inevitable. It's structural.
Technology can lower many barriers
Token Africa is being designed so that, at launch and once authorized, Liberians can explore fractional investing through a mobile-first experience. Education, risk awareness, and regulatory approval come first.
The first question should be: do I understand the risks, the costs, and whether this fits my budget?
That is why the waitlist starts with education, not an account balance.
What Token Africa plans to offer at launch.
Token Africa is being built to give Liberians access to fractional U.S. stocks and ETFs at launch, subject to approval and partner readiness. Funding rails such as Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, and Liberian bank transfer are planned.
US Stocks
Own a fraction of a single company.
At launch, users are expected to be able to buy fractional exposure to U.S. stocks and ETFs through Token Africa's planned platform, from a planned $1 minimum. The value of investments can rise or fall. Education, risk awareness, and responsible decision-making come first.

ETFs — Instant Diversification
One holding spread across many companies.
An ETF holds many companies at once, which spreads risk across a basket instead of a single company. At launch, ETFs are planned alongside individual U.S. stocks. Diversification reduces some risks but does not remove the risk of loss.

- Holdings
- Many per fund

- Spread, not removed
One fund. Many companies. Diversification is not a guarantee against loss.

At launch, and once authorized, you'll be able to make informed investing decisions through the platform. The value of investments can rise or fall, and you may get back less than you put in.
Planned $1 minimum · Planned fractional orders · Subject to approval
How fractional investing is planned to work
A fractional share is a slice of one share. Values can rise or fall, and you may get back less than you put in.
Illustrative example only. Share prices change constantly; the minimum to start with a fractional order is far lower than a whole share.
If a share price rises 10%, a $5 fractional position would be worth about $5.50 — and if it falls 10%, it would be worth about $4.50. Any dividends would be credited proportionally. The mechanics are the same as owning a whole share; only the size is different. Hypothetical example only. Not a forecast.
Illustrative example: how compounding works
Illustrative growth of $100 at a hypothetical 8% annual rate over 10 years. Not a forecast; investments can lose value.
💡 Illustration only: $10 per month for 10 years at a hypothetical 10% annual return would total about $2,048 from $1,200 contributed. Actual returns vary and can be negative.
Hypothetical example only. Not a forecast. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and you may lose money.

Token Africa is working toward FINRA and SIPC-registered U.S. clearing and custody infrastructure. If and once the clearing partnership is formalized, client assets are planned to be held in segregated accounts at the U.S. clearing partner, separate from Token Africa's operating capital. SIPC protection may apply through the relevant U.S. broker-dealer/custody structure once finalized.
SIPC protection covers the failure of a broker-dealer. It does not protect against a decline in the market value of your investments.

Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go up as well as down. You may receive back less than you invest. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
The infrastructure we are working to build on.
Token Africa is being built on regulated financial infrastructure. The following reflects the current status of our infrastructure partnerships — each will be named publicly once formal agreements are executed.

Local banking partnerships ensure compliant in-country fund flows. Partners will be named once agreements are executed.
Mobile money integration targeted at launch. Discussions with Liberian mobile money operators and aggregators are underway. Partners will be named once agreements are executed.
