Liberia’s first retail investment platform
Token Africa Inc is a Liberian fintech company, founded in 2023 and based in Sinkor, Monrovia. We are building a regulated, mobile-first way for Liberians to own fractional shares of U.S. stocks and ETFs, starting from small amounts.
Why we exist
Liberians save, send and receive money every day, but practical access to global investing has been out of reach. We believe access should be fair, well regulated and built on understanding. That is why we start with education.
Where we are today
Practice Mode is live. Learn how investing works with simulated funds and real, delayed market information.
Regulatory status. Our submission is under active consideration by the Central Bank of Liberia. Token Africa holds no client money and will not offer investment services until authorized.
Infrastructure. We are preparing regulated U.S. clearing and custody infrastructure and Liberian payment rails, including mobile money and bank transfer. Partners will be named once agreements are signed.
