Do I need a US bank account or US address?
No. The product is being designed specifically so that a Liberian phone number, a Liberian ID and mobile money are enough.
Identity verification is planned to be fully digital, using a National ID, passport or driver's licence.
Verification requirements will be confirmed at launch.
